Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, since we bake them fresh for you. UPS Ground then takes 1–5 business days, so plan on about a week from order to doorstep.

If you’re ordering a single gift, add your message in your cart, before checkout.
If you’re using our recipient template, write each note in the Note column, on the same row as that recipient.
No. Gift orders arrive with just the cookies and your handwritten note, no prices or receipts.
They’re heat-sealed and great for 45 days. We don’t use preservatives, though, so they’re at their very best in the first week or so.
