CiCi's first cookie starts with a rolled dough and Nana Julie's signature mix of cinnamon, sugar and walnuts. For the chocolate lovers, we've added Guittard Bittersweet chunks inside, as well as drizzled on top.
The balance of flavors is incredible, and leaves you wanting more.
The roll
Rolling the ingredients helps to keep the inside perfectly moist while the outside crisps to a golden brown.

We source our chocolate from another Bay Area business that we love and trust - Guittard.
We carefully melt the large chunks to preserve it's flavor so that we can drizzle it on top of our chocolate butterhorn!

California Walnuts
Nana Julie added her favorite nut, fine chopped walnuts to the cinnamon and sugar mix. An absolutley perfect mix, if you ask us :)
